Got the rear TT2's in today
Just in case I didn't update my last thread I ordered the ZR1's originally but they were on backorder so I went ahead, forked out the extra cash and went with the 17" TT2's. I got the rear 17x11's in today so I'm going to test fit them after work before I have the tires mounted. I guess sitting the rear end on jackstands would be the best way to see where I might have some rubbing issues wouldn't it? Having the suspension sitting at the normal ride height rather than having the rear fully dropped by the frame? Where are the normal places that need special attention? My car hasn't been lowered so I'm thinking I might not have to do anything, maybe a little sheetmetal pounding. Thanks,
Mike

Mike, you shouldn't have to do anything except lift the car up from the factory location, in front of the rear tire using that scissor jack in the trunk of your car. That is all I did when I put my 17x11 TT2s on that had nittos on them. I didn't have to hammer on anything or remove the factory bump stops. Hope this helps.

I'd just bang out the mounting tab for the body, when you have the wheel off you can't miss it, I've fit 11's on two cars and thats all I had to do lowered an 1.5inch. A friend with a LOW z28 had to cut some of the inner fender off he didn't want to roll it. That was with AFS 11's
