CAUTION: Black wheels inside!!!
I finally got all my parts together, so I could get the car off jackstands. I know the consensus about black wheels on NBM is not good, but I don't car, I think it looks mean as hell. Better photos with the IMP should be taken over the weekend. [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG]

Looks like something a cop would drive.
I never liked black rims... you can berely make them out what kind they are in the pictures, and Im sure its even worse walking towards it in the parking lot.

Yeah I forgot to mention that tint will be on by late August. The pictures don't do the wheels justice, I had to wash out the pics with light because they turned out too dark, hence the lighter than normal NBM. I think black wheels make it so you keep your wheels and tires clean. If you let black wheels get dirty they look like ****. When clean and with some tire shine, they look fantastic, thanks for the kind words guys.

saxd......
Mr. saxd, no your springs never did show up, however if they did I hope you would think I would have resent you your money. I do wish your springs had come though, I had to spend an extra $100 and buy new from Summit $269.99. Then I had a month wait, due to them being backordered. It's really been a process, I've had the wheels and tires since May.
Oh and to the rest of the board, SAXD is one of the most stand up guys I have ever dealt with. Cliffnotes version of the story: USPS lost his springs in shipping to me, he sent my money back without question. Awesome, just awesome.

Hey man your car looks real good, but just a suggestion, try taking a picture at dawn or dusk. On dark color cars the sun in the mid day really dulls the color and its tough to contrast contours in the cars shape. But when the sun is lower in the sky it gives subtle shadow that excentuates shapes and softens the picture. Good choice on the black Zo6 wheels they are a hard *** wheel and look cool on your Z. You get a 9 on the intimidation scale.

new pics comin
I hope to get better pics in a better location, instead of in my driveway, over the weekend. I gotta get the IMP cleaned up so I can get her in the pictures too.
Spuds- I should be in the cities sometime in late August to get my windows tinted at Automotive Innovations. We should be able to hook up sometime then, by the way hows your door?
I'm glad everyone likes the car, I'm actually really shocked, beings how everyone hates the black wheels/NBM combo. Thanks again though!!
