Default SLP LW flywheel after 30k

Thought yall might want to see this. This is a SLP lightweight flywheel after 30k. It came out of Jim Stewart's (y2khawk05) firehawk when he put the Mcleod dual disk clutch and new flywheel in. WTF?!?!?!

B - thanks for posting the pic! It's still unreal to me how bad the flywheel looked. I actually planned on using the SLP Flywheel again. Guess, I thought wrong.

That's some pretty crazy hot-spottage...is that an aluminum fly, or billet steel? Was the performance starting to suffer?

I believe it is billet steel. Jim would have to respond on the performance, cuz I never drove it. Although he did say everything seems tighter since the new clutch and flywheel(less slipping)

The McLeod Street Twin comes with a flywheel designed to work with it. Any reason he didn't do so?

Damn. Nice hot spots. I like the little shitty spot welds they got holding the ring on the outside of the flywheel too.

The pic was before he did the mcleod. Im not sure what clutch he had when this damage was done.
