I have the street kit, and I didn't have the right size wastegate spring so I pulled out the spring and figured I'd be ok since it would be running without boost, however, the car still builds boost. By redline in 2nd I'm building around 6 psi. Is there anything I can do short of getting a larger wastegate or exhaust housing?

So, no spring? How do you have the vacuum/boost lines hooked up? I have never seen boost creep with the TTi kit.

Well you can only turn the boost so low, and trying to make 0psi is going to be hard unless you have some huge turbo

Thanks for the responses. Its a T76 Y2K so its a reasonable size but now that I'm thinking about it, I wonder if I put the spring back in if it will actually creep, I'm thinking it may not because the waste gate won't be over worked. I need to get a 3-5 psi spring, I'll let you all know when I get it.
