why cant i ask a ? regarding a sponsor sale? i tried to make a request to see if any sponsors were going to have a sale on an item that i want to buy, and it says that i am restricted and cannot submit a new thread in the sponsor sale request forum. i read all the guidelines, and none apply to me.... just curious seeing as i want to buy an item before i come home on leave, thanks.
