Recently I bought a 02' WS6, it's an auto, 26K miles, runs well for a basically stock car, 13.30's in the heat here. It has a corsa cat-back, my 2 questions are if I add long tubes and a y-pipe w/ random tech. or other cat's, will I gain a lot of added interior exhaust noise? And will I lose much if any throttle response?

I already have a drag car so I want to keep this car civil, I'm considering adding the headers, will add 125hp wet shot, a very mild coverter when the tranny goes south, that's probably about it. Thanks for the help.

I would think that if you keep cats in the Y increase in noise will be pretty small.

It all depends on the catback. I'm running a stock catback with my LTs and ORY and its very quiet inside that car.

will be louder than it is now with lt's, even with cats...not much more at idle..but who sits in idle very long.??

not to sure how much louder it would be with cora... get a catted Y and it shouldnt be to much louder i would think.. i have borla with LT's and a ORY and it is rather loud inside the car soo
