Default ws6 hood questions

i just wanted to know if you cut the little shelf that seperates the ram air vents from the i guess bumber cover holes and just made one big opening.... would this work? and i know it is kinda like a h.o. hood but i would just like some feedback on this thanks in advance

dont hack up a perfectly good hood. the ram air doesnt even come into play till like 100 or better anyhow. jsut get a lid and CAI kit and call it a day

well i have a guy who would like to sell me a hood painted for 50 bucks and its perfect except for that part and i just wanted to make sure it will still fit and everything

there is a guy from dallas on here that did this 5 years back or so. I've always wanted to do the same. He has pics. I'll try and find it for you.
