Default Fuel injectors are popping out of the rail

I have an LT1, and I removed the fuel rails to install a new fuel pressure regulator. I reinstalled it and took it for a test drive. While I was on the road, one of the injectors popped out of the rail (fell down to the bottom) and I had to be trailered home.
I then replaced all the orings, top and bottom, and as soon as I started the engine several of the injectors popped out. What am I doing wrong?

We've found on LT1's that sometimes you have to run 2 o-rings on the lower part of the injector when ussing aftermarket injector's.

I am using SVO injectors, but they have worked fine for the last year. It was only after I removed the rails the other day that this problem started.
