Default Coated pacesetters?

this may be a dumb question, but if they are coated, do need to wrap em up so they dont burn anything under the hood? I shouldnt right?!

you CAN wrap them if you want and it will just reduce the heat a little more but if their coated then theirs really no need to wrap them, so it wont hurt anything if thats what you wanted to know

i have coated pacesetters and you do not need to wrap them, the coating will help keep temps down

Wrapping will reduce the life of the coating and the headers. After cooling, condensation can get trapped between the wrap and the headers causing premature rust and other corrosion. Wrapping is okay for stainless headers and stainless turbo hot pipes.
