Slave Cylinder Grenaded!
Well I've had my new Centerforce DFX clutch installed since 4th of July weekend, we put in a new pilot bearing, slave cylinder, the whole works. 2 days ago I was driving to work and lost clutch pressure. I figured air got in the lines but that wasn't it. So I had the local tranny shop disassemble it and well the new Kragen Slave Cylinder grendaded! Blew fluid all over my brand new Summit Racing clutch. Everything was burned to hell. Pressure plate gone, flywheel gone, clutch gone So now I'm having to deal with Kragen and their corporate offices regarding a reimbursement. Hopefully they will reimburse me. Just wanted to let everyone know to NOT BUY A KRAGEN SLAVE CYLINDER!

LightEmUpLs1, are you referring to the LUK slave cylinder for the ls1???
I called them up Autozone also and they said they had it for $91.99. Really good price.
The part number was LSC265.
Have you got it from their? How long/miles have you had it on??
They also sell a mastercylinder their for the same price by the same company.
Will that part be alright too??

Which of these?
Well since I live close to Summit Racing, which slave cylinder should I get? I'm am restricted to the slave cylinders on this link:

I'm thinking either the 1st, 3rd, or 5th slave cylinders will fit my application, I'm not sure about the 2nd and 4th as they don't look like what goes in the clutch.
