Fuel rail install problem.
Started to do my Fuel rails, and found out one of my fittings does not fit. Threads seem to be wrong. The end cap for the passenger side ( -08 O'Ring Boss plug). Aeroquip part # FCM3725.
I tried it on every other location on the rails, and it does not fit. I tried all the other fittings on the location where it should go, and they fit. Is there supose to be something in between? and it looks like I do not use 2 of the fittings that come with the FAST kit?
Looks like time to go to the local speed shop & see what they have.

EDIT: Hey I just looked at your pictures and you have the corect fitting. me on the other hand they sent me four -8 to -6 union reducers......what a bunch of
I bought the exact same setup. I too have some pent up hostility towards whomever packaged my parts.
They forgot to include the hosefitting that connects the fuel line to the 3/8" fuel injection fitting. ( which then goes into the -6 90degree AQP hosefitting)HELLO!!!!
As for your problem The -08 end cap (Aeroquip part # FCM3725.) Will fit. Take one of your -8 to -6 reducers and tighten it in a few times. The plug when your putting it on has to be dead straight or you'll cross thread it. I just put a little saliva on the thread, held my mouth just right and got it to start one turn then it stopped turning same as you. Only difference was I put some *** into it and it went in and comes out easily now. As long as you have it at least started just use your hands to tighten rest of the way in.
I am putting 4 blue and not using any black from the fast box. So 4 black not being used

Thanks for all the help Nate. I'm still messing with it kind of. Slowhawk was able to make one of the fittings fit, With the help of a grinding wheel. Waiting until the track closes to take the fuel rails off in case I have any more problems.
