does a ws6 weigh any more than a standard trans-am?

The hatchbacks are both listed at 3,397 pds. and the convertibles at 3,514 pds. in all of my literature.

ok i thought since a few suspension componets and the hood and ram-air box may have increased the weight a little.

The ws6 hood is a composite fiberglass whereas a base model is metal. If anything, it would be a minute amount less.

My WS6 weighed in at 3535 with a full tank of gas.
