Question installing the slp grill

sup guys i was going to order the slp grill for my z and was wondering how to install it.
does it bolt in or does it install with the factory clips from the stock grill?
i seen a pic of a annaversary 02 ss with the color matched grill[red and silver]
and it looked like it had some screws aroun the parimiter along the top.
once i pull the stock grill out the clips or wharever they are fall behind the bumper.
p.s. do i ahve to compleatly remove the bumper?
thanks guys

Its been said you have to remove the bumper completely to install, but Im tryin to talk w/ a couple people who've said they installed them w/o removing the bumper to see whats involved exactly.

And it gets retained by christmas tree fastners. Crappy pic, but these are what they look like.

I installed my grill without having to remove the bumper. Just take a drill bit and drill... then *VOILA*

You dont have to remove the bumper. With some hard yanks the old grill will pop off. you may ruin it though if that matters. It is a pain in the *** to line up the holes on the SLP grill to the bumper and drill em. Those push screws dont go in so easy either. I didnt put em all in it really doesnt need them.
