LS1 catback on on 98 v6 fbody FIT?

Hi guys I have a quick question.
I have a stock 99 catback from a 99 formula I'm trying to sell. The potential buyer wants to know if it will fit on a 98 RS v6. Will it fit?

it should route the same way but the diameter of the pipeing will probally be different so you might need an adapter to connect to the factory piping
