Guys I have a 98 SS with G trim Vortech charger. I have read on here an other web sites that 10psi is pushing it on the stock internals. Today I really got into it an its only making about 5-6psi at full boost. So do you guys think that I'll be ok if I go down one pulley size? Right now I have the 2.95 pulley the next smallest one is 2.75.

well you will make more boost with more rpm however I do not suggest doing it unless you have some good valvesprings and make sure your fuel system is up to the power level if you do, then just retune for the extra boost. keep it on the fat side especially since yo are the stock bottom.
i've noticed that with the hot weather it has affected my boost level too.
