408 Iron block
Have finally decided to go with built motor. Hurt the old one pretty bad, so not much is left. Decided on long block. I am debating between 408 iron or 402 Aluminum (Wow, what a suprise). I was wondering though, guys with the iron block, was the added weight in the front of the car very noticable when driving? I am really leaning toward the Iron block, b/c of the abality to run a hefty amount of spray in it, or forced induction if I ever get the money. So any insight would be great.

It will affect the front suspension. My car was lowered, and I had to switch the front springs back to the SLP bilsteins for a resonable ride height. I also added a heavier front sway bar which helped alot.
I 'll taked the durability of the iron block any day. For FI or N2O, it's a no brainer.
