need help tire ?

need help tire ? I got a t/a with 245/50/16 on it. Now all the tire dealers around were I live in Gods county dont have this size and would have to order them. And the ones who do want a arm and a leg for tires I never even hear of before. Now all I really need is 2 tires. And I see these days on a lot of sport cars the put bigger in the back. So the ? is what size can I go up or down to go on the back or the front to go with the 245-50-16 i got.
