Default Went to Illinois Railway Museum on Saturday...

Drove out West to the Illinois Railway Museum. It was pretty cool, and even my wife enjoyed it.

Some pics she posted (scroll down to bottom of the pics):

Ive been there a couple of times with my son for the "Day out with Thomas". When your son is older he will love it. Its a long ride from the south side though.

Do they have a train that looks like Thomas the Train? I saw in the store they had 1/4 of the store dedicated to Thomas. Cost was $10 per adult, free parking.

They have dedicated weekends when they bring Thomas out there.
Lots of people head out there, always pretty busy on those dates.

They have a full size train that looks like thomas, and you can go on a short ride in some passenger cars being pulled by it. Its cool for the kids.
