What heads are best for n20 and what should they be milled to?

What heads are best for n20 and what should they be milled to? 346 with n20, ms3 cam with full boltons...which heads should I go with and what should they be milled to? $$ doensnt matter. I will be running a 150 shot for now but will be going bigger later on.
