Default going to a M6... input/advise/opinions in here

well i've had a th400 in my car since early this year. it was originally an A4 car and we all know how well they hold up mods are: 9"/35splines/spool & 3.89's, wolfe anti-roll bar, full suspension besides front QA1's, built 370, 28x10.5 et drags, few weight reductions.

motor did 387/352 n/a on n2o tune (540/510 200 wet shot, spinning) with th400 & 4500 stall, shifting at 6800.

just looking for some advise on how to set my suspension, what parts i need if i don't have them, different gearing/tires????

i knw im no expert but, lots of weight to the back. full soft front. what shocks u have out back? massive weight transfer is your friend because that clutch dump will shock the crap out of those tires.

thanks man! i have QA1's out back, with the a3 setup they worked best at 4-5. my front stockers aren't that bad. the frontend comes up really good. i've driven a few m6 cars at the track and have a good bit of experience with my car. it previously had a th350 w/transbrake...

whats the chances of spinning the wheels inside the tires? i ask because i see most of the stick cars running rim screws with slicks.

Mine have spun about 6 inches or so in the past 4 months.

What are you doing with the th-400? I have an m-6 and am looking into going th-400 soon most likely.

Wink

If that car doesn't hook then something is wrong. It should 60' in the 1.4's on the kit.
