Default burning oil

basically my car doesn't smoke at all uses very little if any oil but when I go wot it spits out a decent cloud of blue smoke any ideas why?

You may have oil in the intake getting into the combustion chamber through the PCV valve. Check the PCV valve for excessive oil.

If you find oil in the intake, you can install an oil catch can to capture the oil before it goes in through the valve. I have one on mine, I had oil in the intake.
