4:10s with T56 enough for MS3 at track??

Default 4:10s with T56 enough for MS3 at track??
Im thinking about running this cam, i have 4:10s right now and i know it will be fine on the street, but is that gear going to be enough for the MS3 at the track.....If so what kind of times have you guys pulled off

im running that setup right now, id say 410s are plenty to pull you out of the hole
