Perimeter valve cover coil packs on center bolt valve covers

Perimeter valve cover coil packs on center bolt valve covers Im thinking about getting a set of 806 port, polished, milled heads. I have a 2002 241 center bolt heads. My question is if i get some new valve covers for the perimeter will my coil packs work or do i have to buy new ones to work with the perimeter valve covers? thanks
