whine coming from trans?

whine coming from trans? Ok well i just put my 9in from dls in and broke it all in and i hear a little whine in 5th and 6th at around 65-80mph. But it doesnt sound like it is coming from the rear it sound like it is coming from the clutch(shifter area) which is a spec stage 3 . The clutch feels fine and grabs like a **** still but is this normal ? It isnt very loud at all it and it is mostly when you barely tap the gas when you can hear it at 65-75 
when you let off it is quiet as hell. Any ideas?

I noticed that with mine today on my way to the track. I pushed the clutch in when I got to the parking lot and popped it out of 6th and was trying to pull it in to 2nd but I couldn't get it to go in. Pedal feels fine but doesn't do anything when I push it in. It's not like the pedal started getting deeper or anything. It was engaging pretty high on the pedal grabbing the gears hard. I am going to check it out in the morning.
