Default How much power is lost with mileage?

Something on my mind...
Generally, about how much horsepower do you think an LS1 loses with mileage? Let's say at 50k? What about 100k and 150k??

as long as you take care of it and do your routinely (sp?) maintenance you should be fine.. Mileage has no effect on HP as long as you take care of it.

as long as the engine is still making the compression it's supposed to be making, meaning the valves are seating properly and nothing is being blown by the rings then the engine should make the same power. it is also important to keep the fuel system clean. I did a leakdown test on my car with 75K and it only showed 8% on average (except for the one cylinder with very low compression and 80% leakdown, but that was due to me missing a shift and breaking a pushrod...in half. The cylinder was the same as the other 7 once a new PR was installed)

8% you say....What do these motors do new? And what is their static compression during a comp test?

i would expect it to make more power at 50k than 10k assuming it was taken care of as it would be completely broken in.
