Default help! driveshaft won't go in....

i don't know what the problem is. me and TRMN8R traded trans set ups th400/t56 and he sent me a stock steel d/s. the yolk is not rusted or anything bad. it goes in about 2-3" fine then its like it hits something, but i cant see anything. i can force it in there a little with my hands but won't go all the way in and its a pain to get out.....

any suggestions?

I'm sure you've tried putting it in at different angles (clock angles) - I've never had this happen to me. Not too sure what to tell ya...
