Emissions in Dallas Can I remove both cats and still get my sticker in Dallas? Do they do a sniffer test? I haven't watched them do my inspections closely, but it looks like they just do the ODBII plug in test. Please help!

they do the OBDII test, and technically they are supposed to do a 'visual' check that you have cats, but in my 10 years of driving a car, i have never had someone crawl under there. just go to a nice and lazy shop and you wont have any issues.
i'm not from that county, but hopefully someone will PM you a 'friendly' shop that wont give you a hastle.
