Default need some flow numbers????

i got my bottom end done now i need some info on a good set of heads..... i have a set of trick flow heads but need some flow numbers. I dont know whether to go with llyod elliot, AI or Port Pros. anyone have some flow numbers? or dyno numbers on a 383 or 396 motor?

These are from my LE3 heads ported by Lloyd Elliot. They are 2.055/1.60 valves.

Here are the flow #'s . . . . . . .

.2 143/110
.3 198/143
.4 243/171
.5 274/184
.6 284/196
.650 287/201
TEA, AI have very good heads also but I went with Lloyd.

i am not sure if should go with a set of Trick Flow heads ported or just stick to some stock castings ported...I am leaning more to some stock ones so that i can save up for some better heads like a AFR 227 LT4 raised runner type head....any input would be helpful.
