I have a 2004 Nissan Xterra with the VG33E supercharged V6. I understand the blocks are quite strong, able to withstand 1000hp (not that youll ever get that much). But I was wondering if anyone knows the potential of these engines? My predicament is, I have a 2 year old that stands to my waist and wieghs 50lbs, and neither of my birds are very well equipped to hold a carseat, so Im considering selling the Hawk, and learning a new kind of hotrodding language intrests me. Anyone?

Why not just use it as a nice daily driver and leave it alone?

Im not really looking for anything radical, just a couple of bolt ons, Ive found an underdrive pulley for the blower and some exhaust, just wondering if anyone has done anything to this engine. I cant seem to find much.

If you get rid of the Hawk, follow suite with the Nissan and go pick up a Tahoe or Avalanche.
