putting emblems back on after paintjob? I just got my hood, bumper, and headlight covers painted and I had to take off the stainless bird from the front bumper.
how long should I wait until putting it back on? i was told to wait 6 weeks before waxing.

I would wait a couple of days, but I wouldn't wax where you are putting the emblems - just clean it with alcohol.
I think I may need to get my front end repainted also... I had a damn semi-truck blowout thrown at my car yesterday, and it did some damage to my brand new VSG paint - I feel your pain, man.
