Default 0300 misfire 5,6,7,8 Rear 4 cylinders

A friend of mine is having a problem with his 2000 Z28.The car has been cammed, has long tube headers with no cats, and egr removed.
The car suddenly started missing really bad and he barely got the thing home.
If you run the car for about 30 seconds (it hardly runs) then touch the header tubes #5,#7,and#8 are cold.
So far I have checked fuel pressure, spark on #7 and compression on #7
How can 5,7,and 8 all die at the same time?
Any suggestions?

what were the results from the checks youve done?.....if its that one side, it sounds like you could have a pcm issue...

We just checked it again tonight and found all 4 rear cylinders(5,7,6,and8) are misfiring.Compression on #7 was 165lbs,fuel press. was 60lbs whith engine running and spark is good.
Could there be water or something in fuel rails?
