I haven't used it yet personally, but some people "in the know" have recommended Heavy Metal Polish:

Yeah, I used to use that stuff when I was making custom golf clubs. Used it on the metal soles of woods. Works real good and almost forgot about it.

I used Mother's Billet Polish on some Stainless Steel tips I bought because they were used and scrathed with some spectacular results. The Mother's powerball and a Drill Press is your friend. I plan to polish the tailepipes behind the tips pretty soon. I just had the new tips welded on and they welded aluminum extensions onto my pipes. Is it OK to polish these extensions, and what will the difference in appearence be between the aluminum extensions and steel pipes behind them?

Thanks Silver02TA...... We hear that "stuff is the ****" all the time
Just a NOTE: We use no suspending agents, ammonia, acid or water in our polishes. Consequently, Heavy Metal Polish moves and removes easier and goes twice as far as equal amounts of any other polish. Heavy Metal Polish seals and protects with penetrating oils and waxes for a long lasting brilliant shine.
Thanks Again, John
