Default proper pushrod length

What pushrod length should I use in a 6.0l truck. I am going to be running a set of stock 241 casting ls1 heads with a 224/230 114 lsa .581/.581 cam. I will be using the 918 springs, stock roller rockers, and ls7 lifters. Are 7.4" pushrods going to be the right size or am I going to need something different?

What if you milled a set of heads .025? I still have some valvetrain noise with 7.4 pushrods.

Depends on your base circle. That is assuming it is valvetrain sewing noise and not failing parts like bent p-rods or failing rockers.
When I milled my 5.3 .025 I ran 7.400s and preload was fine
Just try to determine what is your preload value
