Do you have an aftermarket converter??? That has a tendency sometimes to set off a misfire code. You can desensitize the misfire tables in the tune if you have the right software.

Do not have any converters Stock ls1 with headers and loud mouth

Not catalytic converter. Stall converter in the trans (ie - Yank3600)...
