Default is this a good cam?

I live in minnesota and i bought a custom grind cam from a shop around here and recently somebody hit my car and is wrecked. so i bought a new car and i was wondering if i should go with the same cam as before. now when they say custom grind does that mean that the cam spec sheet is not actualy what the numbers are? any who here are the numbers on the cam spec shett is came with. let me know what youall think.

Duration at .050 intake-230 exhaust-224

Gross vaulve lift intake-.591 exhaust-.581

Lobe seperation 112 and on the grind # it says hr112+2

I made 392.2 rwhp and 386.7 rwtq.
I believe its a reverse split cam or whatever you call it.

That is a Reverse 230/224, .591/.581 112+2 XE-R Comp grind.

That is a good cam on stock heads and even better on high compression.
Personaly, I would keep it and get a nice set of 243 heads like PRC with stock or 2.02 valves, tight gasket and a little mill to increase compression and DCR.
