Can someone`explain to me how to line the procharger belt up?

Is it possible to use a laser from home depot if so explain how?If there is a more simple way explain that also.

Line of sight is what we do, then we fire the car up and look at it at idle. If you see an edge of the belt showing signs of rubbing, then you go from there. Bob

Very carefully!!! Sorry I had to say it. I have tried using a laser but the other pulleys and mounting hardware is in the way.
