i bought a 99 z and im wondering what the heck it is im looking at on the left side of the motor ( if you were sitting in the car it would be the right side) anyhow it comes off the manifold has a tube coming off it i'll get pics up tomarrow...... reason im asking is im planning on getting LT headers on her and was wondering if it would matter if i disregarded this crap think it has something to do with smog or air pump feel free to chime in on any info heck send a pic i'll point what im talking about out on a 99 camaro......thanks all

The hose that runs into the top of the manifold? That's the EGR.

egr system, youll have to delete it with a tuning suite or the ses light will come on....you dont really need it regardless of headers or not
