In 2000, there were 1,025 convertibles with the WS6 package built. (source: PHS Literature)
I don't have a breakdown of auto vs. manual transmissions. You might want to contact ASC for that info (see my sticky at the top of this forum).

Pretty rare
Without exact numbers there generally are about 1/3 manuals for convertibles so out of that 1025 cars, that brings you down to about 300-350 cars. Now break that down to the color black and there maybe are 1/6 of the remaining 300 or so cars in that color. You have approximately 1 of 50 black manual convertibles ever made in model year 2000. Yeah, that is rare!! The numbers are even smaller in 2001.

It is so rare that you will one day retire upon selling it. j/k
Cars make terrible investments. The only time you make money with cars is when you have ultra rare cars of note. Cars like hemi cuda verts, 70 chevelle ls-6, 87 GNX. You get the idea.
Sorry, but a black convertible manual ta will never be that car. You may be able to sell it for more then the average ta down the road, but forget Barret Jackson type prices.
It definitely sounds like a sweet car, what about some pics?
