TH400 with Transbrake on a Daily Driver
Do any of you with a TH400/TH350/Powerglide with daily drivers run a transbrake. I understand you don't use the transbrake on the street, but how does the different valvebody act on the street. Does it make shifting more difficult? Does it affect day to day reliability?

very good question because im planning on running a th350 in my dd and i wasnt sure if i should get a transbrake or not.. i probably wont because it doesnt seem to be a huge deal just to press the foot brake but who knows..

A reverse manual valve body can be driven daily, you just have to remember to shift it all the time like a manual.
As long as the Tbrake button is out of the way so you don't accidently engage it then you should'nt have any issues.
You have to be hardcore to drive a racecar everyday (if you have a RMVB and a transbrake you have a racecar)
