what size push rods should i run with a tsp torquer v.2 with stock 243 heads?

7.425 or 7.400. The basecircle is no different than stock. Are the heads milled at all or were you saying that they are stock because they are unported?

TV2 is a XE-R lobe and base circle is .09x+ smaller depending on lifts

Its always best to measure and find out. Measure to find 0 lash and add for preload.
