Battery while car is sitting
My car is in my heated garage in chicago and I was wondering if it was ok to take the battery off while the car was sitting. I wont be back to it and driving till may 1st. I just had gotton a new pcm in the car before I came to AZ and put my lt1 edit file in it. Is it ok for it to sit that long with no battery in it. Also My dad maually(with a wrench on the harmonic balancer bolt) cranks over the engine like once a month to not let the rings get stuck to the cylinder walls.

The tune is BURNED into the chip, you don't have to worry about it "going away" It's like a peice of paper, you write on it, your pencil breaks, the info doesn't dissapear.
I'd just disconnect it in the car, unless you care about your audio presets lol My Pioneer is tweaked beyond just, bass, mid, trebel, so losing power is a PITA heh
