383 with TEA 5.3/1.5 heads, FAST 90/LS2 90, A4 w/stall, long tubes....is this cam too small? What would you suggest for a weekend car (C5) if it is too small?

I'm having my 383 built right now and I'm gonna be using the F13 in mine. And that's in a truck with a 2600 stall!

If you want it to be relatively quiet and perform well I would suggest the f14. The cubes will swallow up the cam and tame it out. if you want something that people will know is cammed like a f13 or f14 in a 346 try something in the low 24x range.

I had an F13 when I had my motor rebuilt and it was pretty good on driveability. As to power it felt decent, but nothing what I considered outstanding. Unfortunately my cam was part of a bad batch so it had to be replaced, bu tI took the opportunity to replace it with a Comp 244/248. Its a noticeable improvement over the F13.
