Antenna Screw?

Antenna Screw? My antenna was starting to make a noise when it was fully extended, so I installed a new one today. My question has to do with the screw that holds it in place. It doesn't want to tighten all the way? Is it suppose to have a bold on the back of it or something? It goes in enough to hold the antenna on...but seems like it should be tighter...so it doesn't rattle or anything.

Yeah, I plan on it...just have to get one first since there wasn't one on it. I was mainly just curious of that's how all of them are, or if it was just left off mine at the assembly line
