Default Truck manifold setup on f-body

I have a question regarding the sticky above. How much does the K-member need to be notched to fit the truck manifolds on an '00 Z28?? Will this affect the structural rigidity of the k-member? Any pictures of this?

Thanks,
Jim

Not sure on the stock K-member, Mine has an after-market K-member, no problems w/clearance. After-market K-members are not all that expensive and than you don't have to worry about the cutting. Besides you'll loose a bunch of weight by swapping K's.
