i recomend firebirdv6.com im also on there, i have a 99 ls1 and i also have a 94 3.4. I had intake exhaust a performance tune, a cam, timing kit, ported intake plenum, headers, throttle body, rear end of a 2002 ss with 3.73 gears and some other parts and mustang gt's couldnt touch me and oh my god that was so much fun you wanna see someone get mad? lol but then i let my brother barrow it and he wrecked it. Its just sitting in front of my house now all crumpled up. Its really fixable but i dont want to fix it cause my lil brother will just expect to drive it and it aint gonna happen. Once i leave for school this summer ill revitalize it! it was a manual too one day i dropped the stock 5 speed and i had an aftermarket 6 speed installed that was meant for v-6 camaros and firebirds. If i remember correctly it was by a brand called streetfighter but i could be mistaken!

Hey im a v6 and I look at this more than those other sites
I just had my oil changed at a place (yea I bought one cause i had 0 time on my hands) and at first the guy thought it was a v8, it was great
I dont really race on the track but I have dealt w/ a lotta peeps on the street. Early mustangs that think theyre cool = owned em, along with pretty much every civic that sounds like its farting goes down too

I have an ls1 and a 3800. The sixer is a fun car and great on gas. I raced my friend 03 v6 mustang. I beat him from the light but from a roll he had me by a fender/ half a car but I was pulling. I also had a 300lb dude with me. If you ever want to talk v6's and dont have time for another board like me shoot me a holler. I love these cars v8 or v6.

Hey,
I just recently bought a 95 firebird with a 3.4L. The only problem is that it doesn't give out a lot of hp. I hear that there are upgrades for the v6, but its really meant for a 3.8L and there doesn't seem to be much for the 3.4L. I keep debating whether or not i should swap the engine for a 5.7L. Would it easier to to upgrade the 3.4L or swap it for a 350?

Thats is true. But unfortunately, i'm stuck with this car for now and can't buy another firebird. Even if i could buy a firebird with a v8, my insurance would skyrocket. However, the engine was already swaped with another 3.4L by the previous owner. So if its not worth it to swap for a v8, then would it cost just as much upgrading the v6?

i have personal experience with people who have swapped an lt1 ionto a 3.4 fbody for under 2 grand. Is this what you consider equivealant to a new car? granted youd have to shop to find the best deals but my friend waited a few months and bought different part from different people one part at a time and he got it dont in its target budget. Due whatever you wanna do a built 3.4 turbo is a lot of fun and very very reliable. I like the idea of an extremely fast v-6 cause its so different. I really liked mine till my brother wrecked it. Did you check out any of the other sites yet? theyre really good you should at least check then out!
