drove my car today, 2001 procharged ss, drove fine for a while and on the way back it died on me, was not getting fuel, so I checked fuses, lines, everything I could think of, pulled the carpet up in the back and jiggled the wires and had a friend turning the key on and off at the same time and I heard the pumps kick on it started and idled for a minute or 2 then I noticed small bit of constant smoke comming out of the top of where the wires are, dont know what is messed up or what to do, it has two 255 holley pumps, do I need new pumps or the wire plugs on the top? the pumps are like literally brand new and have been working fine?
