Default Tranny problem?

Heres what I have already done:
Changed the transmission fluid
Checked the transmission mount, its fine
I have a new PST driveshaft, Spohn Torque arm, and moser 12 bolt rear end

So here's the problem:
When I shift gears it feels like it clunks into gear, especially if i push it at all. While the car is still rolling, like 10mph, I keep the clutch in and move from 3rd to 4th it feels like its slamming into gear, but if I'm at a stop moving through the gears is perfectly smooth.

The car has 80k miles and the clutch is definitely used. Would that be why it feels like my gears are clunking around?

driveshaft alignment........

if your fluid is good color and not smelling burnt or there isnt any sludge or metal....id highly doubt itd be the tranny.....

id lean more towards improper or lack of finishing....on the driveshaft

I had a used steel driveshaft, it did it with that, so i bought a new PST aluminum one, and same problem.

Could the problem be the clutch? It's only clunking around when shifting
