Default Noise while turning left

I have a 95 Z28, and a while back ago I hit a curb pretty hard on my front right side, and ever since then when I get up to 50mph or above and start to turn the wheel left it makes this whineing noise. This also causes the wheel to vibrate a little and cause this popping sound also that hits so hard I can feel it at my feet while I am driving, an allignment has been done recently and while my car seems to drive better I still have this noise coming from the front left side of the car. Does anyone know what this is? Any ideas would be helpful.

Thanks

Are they hard to replace? How much do they usually cost? Where can I get one?

Thanks

not sure on the cost, a chiltons or helms manual...be mechanicaly inclined, and your closest parts store
