The LT1/LT4 difference is only in the heads and cam. The blocks that package came with were 4-bolt But the 4-bolt and 2-bolt both have the same stamping numbers on the block so you cant tell until you look.

would be stronger just to get you stock block splyed for 4 bolt mains.

And they dont make them anymore.

You could take action like 'The_merv' and go to a local junkyard and try to find one. But you are better of just splaying your block.
