Default Price on a 1995 LT1!

There is a 1995 LT1 6-speed for sale in my neighborhood. It has 116,xxx miles on the chassie, but has a new 1997 LT1 engine with only 52,000 miles.

Here is the complete list of all upgrades and modifications made to the car.

I bought it in july of 2001 with 37k miles on it.I have original car fax. Ibought it from the original owner "brad greenstreet" who is in his fourties and used the car as a weekend driver. He had all of the interval services doneby gm. the transmission was flushed at thirty thousand miles, etc, i have the receipts. Below is a list of the modifications.LG intake with K&N filter, Granatelli MAF sensor, LG throttle body foil with throttle body bypass, NGK tr55 plugs, MSD wires, Msd Blaster coil, LG underdrive pulley, Aluminum driveshaft, Richmond 3:73 rear end, BMR Boxed lower control arms, Energy suspension polyurethane trans mount, Eibach ProKit, KYB AGX 8 way adj shocks/struts, LG subframe connectors, SS wheels with Kumho Ecsta rear tires with left and brand new Kumho SPX front tires, Hurst Short Throw, Ls1 center console, Pioneer head unit with pioneer door speakers,Punch
120 watt amp with 12inch sony explode sub, Performance friction brakepads, Hypertech Power programer III with 180 thermostat, Borla catback, hollowed cat, t-top shades. The water pump is less than a year old, The clutch is a brand new LT4replacement clutch with new pilot, throwout bearing and a resurfaced flywheel. Rear defrost, t-tops, 6 speed, cruise, air cond but needs to be recharged, but we can have this done by purchase to gauruntee the A/C in normal working condition. At 116,6xx miles the engine let go because of a faulty head gasket and was replaced with a 1997 trans am LT1 engine that was bought from a gm mechanic inlaredo,tx. It had 52000 miles and was taken out to make room for a 396 stroker. The rearend has redline fluid in it, The trans has mobil one fully syntheticin it, the engine has mobil 1 5w-30 in it. all gaskets were replaced
when engine was installed at 52k.thank you

He is asking $6750, and i was wondering if this was a fair price or not.
Thanks for any help yall can give me.

It's not bad, but that is if the car is a really nice clean car. If it is all chipped up and the interior is a little worn, I'd try the 5000 range. But I would allways try to get him to go lower reguardless. Never act over excited when looking at it either.

$5,000 max. Thats all I'd pay for one of that year model. Note: I also own one of those year models and it was in excellent condition body/exterior wise and thats what I paid for it.
